The Inspire 3 is incredible — until you hit its limits.
The I3 is a world-class cinema platform, but DJI's firmware caps speed, smooths pilot input, and restricts descent rate and aggressive movement to protect the stock stack. Outside a narrow envelope, the airframe can do far more than the controller will allow.
Speed Ceiling
Firmware-capped at ~94 km/h to protect the stock ESC and battery — far below what the airframe can physically handle.

We replace the original flight controller stack with a custom Betaflight system wired into the stock I3 airframe — unlocking full speed, descent rate, and pilot precision while keeping the cinema gimbal, O3+ transmission, and dual-operator workflow intact. The unique part: our deception board can actually arm the Inspire 3 brain so it believes it's flying, keeping the gimbal in High-Torque Mode and O3+ at full transmission power.
FPV Camera
Dedicated pilot camera feeding the O4 Pro link — sub-20 ms latency for high-speed dives and precision line work, independent of the cinema gimbal.
